An Electrical Condition report can tell you a lot, save you money in the future and provide peace of mind. We can inspect any size of property and will provide the relevant certificate alongside expert advice on the installation.
For the landlord we also offer PAT testing and can check your emergency lighting and smoke detectors too.
We regularly upgrade and maintain communal lighting schemes. Ask us about our planned maintenance schemes.
